I’ve made atleast 3 appointments with the Wells Fargo and all they do is reschedule me. weather I get there at 4 on the dot or 4:10 for a 4oclock appointment.. they seem to make me feel like they don’t want my service! An is very rude . An when I do come in they’re literally doin NOTHIN !

I absolutely love Wells Fargo. They have been my bank for 10 years and despite all the bad news that one hears about them, they have been great towards me at least. This branch has helped me open accounts and credit cards, always being kind and helpful. I have even recommended family members over and they have been thankful to do the switch. So far I've had no reason to look for another bank, Wells Fargo is my bank. Highly recommend it

AWESOME TEAAAM!! I called this bank 2 minutes before closing asking for a temporary because I missed placed mine and I needed it quickly for an event I had to go to. No questions asked, she proceeded to take my information down, notify her boss, then said we’ll see you when you get here! Then I was in there for less than 5 minutes ! IN and OUT !!! (With the door held for me) ??????? thank you!!! So much!!

"We have one powerful business rule, it is concentrated in one word: courtesy. Unless you don't have an account, then get out. " That about sums up my experience, this is a bank that won't as much give change for a $20 unless you've got an account. Wouldn't you think you offer so many and use that as an opportunity to sell a checking account to new customers? Obnoxious.

I was helping my sister apply for a gym membership at Planet Fitness in Colonial Heights. It asked for an account number and Routing number. We couldn't find it and called a representative at that location. It was around 1:15 pm on the 28th of March. His name was Josh and he helped us step by step find the information. We didn't have to wait on the line for long..We instantly got a customer service representative and he helped us.
