Not enough checkers. Stand in line forever for one checker. Crazy

I've never been inside this store. However, they were very accommodating when I arrived early for my pick up. I gave them a call, and they brought my oder out within 10 min, and I had all the items.

Not enough cashier's have to wait in line for a long time to do there job for them??
