Highly upset about the deceptive practices of Verizon company,
equipment and billing. 1. For everything you do, please insist on getting a receipt and make sure it is reflected on your bill. 2- If you are unhappy with the equipment, you only have 30 days to exchange. Otherwise, you are stuck with paying for the equipment even if you give back the equipment later.

I had a very bad experience when purchasing a new Iphone at a location in OBX. Ashely Weimer, the store manager in the Colonial Heights location, went above and beyond to help me. She was able to review the sales and make adjustments to unnecessary charges. She was also very kind and knowledgable. I will only shop in this store going forward.

Lorenzo found a great on a new tablet and phone! He was personable and efficient. I was very impressed with his costumer service and will go back to his store if I need anything else!

Just walked into this location for help with switching over a phone female associate was no help at all! Walked up to us and told us to call customer service for help. Im thinking you are customer service. She had us switch the phone off and on. The phone started to do something and she walked away, telling us to have a seat to see if it would reboot. Walked away, never looked at the phone, and never came back. Worst customer service ever! I could blame it on the area of town that I was in but Im not. I will just say she is awful! So if you pop in avoid Ashley! Just call customer service!!!

Had a great experience at Verizon at 3083 Boulevard Colonial Heights VA. today . Brycen gave us excellent customer service . Got an upgrade and a watch for my daughter today ! Thanks

Lorenzo was extremely helpful. He was able to set up new phones and decrease our bill. But the store was very busy and he was the only person there so he had to constantly juggle customers.
