Alexia and Joseph (2 shift clerks working when I arrived @ 6:30P for notary service). Despite there being several customers ahead of me, both acknowledged me upon entering (did the same with each subsequent customer afterwards). Both were courteous, efficient, helpful, and genuinely attentive to each customer's need ... their team approach to work, customer service, and work tasks speaks to exemplary work standards and personal ethics! I showed them a large glass snowglobe being shipped to my military daughter. They promised to pack it securely. They did not!! When she got it, it was broken and everything on the box was wet. There was no evidence of it being packaged securely.

If I could give a negative star I would. I used to love this store because they always assisted me to send my Solider, who is stationed in Ft. Wainwright in Alaska care packages. I paid 112.00 to send me Son his Christmas package and was very confident that he would receive it. But it was not deliverable at least that it what I was told by an employee. She was kind and told me she would get her manager to contact me considering a refund. After a week, I returned to the store and to my surprise, I encountered the nastiest "manager" ever. She stated we do not have refunds. She I asked why did the previous employee say to me that she would speak with you concerning my refund. But I did everything I did in the past and there was no problem not now it can't be delivered. I asked for her boss's contact info so I could speak with someone else. She said he does not speak with customers concerning refunds. It is a bigger issue for me because my son looks forward to his care packages because he is miles away serving our country so the less I try to do is make sure his packages are delivered. I used to depend on my local UPS store in Colonial Heights but I was not treated right.

Every time I come into this UPS store I get greeted with hello and I get smiles and that to me that's the most important piece of how I choose to do my business and where I choose to do my business. Thank you all so much for making sure my packages get to where they're going I really do appreciate it and thank you for the hellos and the smiles because you never know when someone's going to need one of those and today just happened to be one of those days for me so I'm just really grateful for that. Keep up the good customer service work

I use UPS to ship out boxes to my family members all throughout the year and my boxes always arrive in a timely manner even though I choose ground. I really appreciate this.

It is 8:20 an i am standing outside the UPS Store in Colonial Heights Va. Sign says the Store opens at 8 am. The store is not open.

This location has listed as open till seven but every night the doors are locked and the lights are off with the gate up well before seven. It’s extremely frustrating for those of us who work who try to get there on time and when we get there 20 minutes before they close everything is locked up closed down and no one is there or if we get there 10 minutes before they are to be closed, they have the doors locked and refuse to let you in. I can understand shutting down a couple minutes before 7 but 10 15 sometimes 20 minutes before hand is a REAL inconvenience.
