The young ladies were friendly and fast with packaging and getting me in and out of the store so I appreciate that. I also expected the price to be a lot higher for as far as I ship the item but I was surprised that how inexpensive it was

Came in today for some Amazon returns. It was around 4-5pm. As soon I went in I noticed not that busy, just 2 people ahead of me on the other side of the counter. I waited a few seconds for my turn, then one employee just nodded at me and pointed for me to put the packages I had on the counter. My issue is that I was never acknowledged, greeted or thanked during this visit. The employee left me waiting there until he took his sweet time to come back to the counter. Even after getting in front of me, no greeting or nothing. He just grabbed the scanner and expected me to be ready with the codes. Then when I told him there were 2 different codes. He took this attitude like I asked him to work 2 double shifts back to back. No uniform, no name tag, no sense of customer service. If I would do something like to any of my customers, I would get reprimanded and loose that customer for good. Just thought I’d share this since I do a lot of business with ups for my business packages and today was a really bad experience I had.

I came in today to ship some hot sauce to another country, and boy oh boy was I lost. It was not just going out of the country but to a military base. To say the way they write the address out is confusing, is an understatement!!! I asked them all there names (which by the time I’m writing this I probably got them wrong) it was the main woman that helped me- I believe Nancy and a nice young lady that double checked everything- I believe Tia. Also the other woman there came over to help out as well- I believe her name started with a D (I’m so sorry, for messing up your names lol) but I just wanted to say thank you. They were all kind and extremely helpful. I will definitely use this store again. The location is pretty convenient as well. The store was not packed so I was in and out.. easy breezy!!

I order a iPhone 15 pro max. I never received it. I received an empty box. The driver told me he see this all the time workers steal the customers phone out the box. And tape it back up and give customers empty boxes. This is so unacceptable and frustrating. I have to wait until Verizon do an Investigation. I will never ship anything UPS again. I wish I would have just went in the store and pick up my own phone. Why have People working for you that steal. I’m so disappointed.

Got ripped off by a notary here. Came in to get one page copy of a document notarized that requires one stamp and costs $5. This notary says two stamps are needed on the same page (!!!) and charges $10.
Do not trust this place and do not recommend it.
I've used notary services many times at other UPS locations. This is the first time that I got ripped off by a notary. I even asked at a different location what they would charge, and they confirmed that it would be only one stamp on the page and $5 payment for the same. Unbelievable!

Everytime I come to The Temple Ave. Location of The UPS store, I'm greeted promptly and taken care of in a matter of minutes. The service team is very efficient and curious and I have never had one complaint about them.

Alexia and Joseph (2 shift clerks working when I arrived @ 6:30P for notary service). Despite there being several customers ahead of me, both acknowledged me upon entering (did the same with each subsequent customer afterwards). Both were courteous, efficient, helpful, and genuinely attentive to each customer's need ... their team approach to work, customer service, and work tasks speaks to exemplary work standards and personal ethics! I showed them a large glass snowglobe being shipped to my military daughter. They promised to pack it securely. They did not!! When she got it, it was broken and everything on the box was wet. There was no evidence of it being packaged securely.
