After falsely being accused of being a person I was not to the fraud department, and then proving my innocence with physical evidence, the bank decided they were going to close my account anyway even though I was proven innocent of a crime I did not commit.

This bank used to have such convenient hours which is why we started banking with them years ago. Now they have the worst hours of any bank being that they close at 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and are now closed on Saturday. In addition, cash deposits on weekends do not automatically go through so you are completely out of luck... read full comment
