Top Tier Motors is truly top tier. During the process of purchasing my motorcycle, they kept me informed of everything as I was traveling from another state to pick up the bike. I let them know what I was looking for, and had that exact bike ready for me within one week’s time. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. When you do business with them, you will not be disappointed!

Hands down this has been the best vehicle purchase in years. I told Top Tier what I was looking for and they went out and made it happen. The Top Tier team customer service is unmatched. I give Top Tier Motors the highest rating I can give! I broke these factors down by Customer Service, Professionalism, and the Sales Experience.Customer Service:The customer service experience was calm and comfortable. I had found out about this dealership through a friend that had used them before and spoke highly of this company. I went to their website and made an inquiry about what I was looking for, the time table, and the budget. They got back to me promptly and things moved efficiently from there. I enjoyed that process.Professionalism:Speaking with Mr. and Mrs. Anderson was a pleasure. It was nice to speak with individuals that were extremely competent in their craft because though I knew what I wanted; I wasn’t clear on specifics. Mr. Anderson is truly a guru when it comes to finding what you want and balancing that with your projected budget. Mrs. Anderson was extremely knowledgeable about the process and documentation needed to move things along. She provided a seamless process for me in dealing with my credit union and really set me up for success.Sales Experience:My sales experience was great. I felt good about spending the amount of money I did for my truck. I truly feel like I got a good deal for everything that I asked for (which was a lot). Top Tier Motors did not rush me through the process and ensured I knew of all options available from add on warranty coverage to projected expenses covering cash vs. loans. I still am very happy with my purchase and the price I paid overall for everything.I recommend Top Tier Motors to any and everyone that is looking to buy a vehicle. I will certainly be back when it’s time.

I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima for my daughter. I explained to Mrs. Anderson the features I wanted in the vehicle and she was able to meet my requirements and more! The price was extremely reasonable as well. I will be returning to Top Tier Motors for ALL of my future car purchases!!
