“How often do we get to leave positive reviews for car care professionals?! It's often a tough experience all around. This week, I had major issues with my 2011 Sonata that made the car inoperable without workarounds. Knowing that it wasn't safe to drive that way, I was preparing to purchase a new vehicle, even having an approved loan check and new vehicle picked out. Something in me said that I should have the professionals at Goodyear take a look to confirm that the fix would be costly. Not only was the root cause very minor (a blown fuse), but also the folks at Goodyear treated me fairly by charging me only for that work. This has given me time to be more thoughtful about shopping for a new car and get the best deal in the last quarter of the year. After this experience, I will exclusively take my vehicles to Goodyear in the future and encourage my loved ones to do the same.”

“Posting comment for Sharon V. Williams: This month i went to get a flat fixed and tires rotated after purchasing tires for over $600 (last year)/ They fixed my flat, but I was told to come back since my lug nut was stuck and they didn't have time to finish the rotation.
The service was great until they could not get a lug nut off, actually I was not initially told to get it off before coming back for my appointment on 5/18/24. They told me that I needed to take my car somewhere else to get it off (i.e. NTB, which would cost over $100). That was not acceptable to me, since I only get my tires serviced by them for over 20 years. I praise God for favor even when they "could not" find proof on their computer of my purchase... They were basically denying liability. I praise God for allowing me to locate my receipt, it was all the proof I needed! Right away, they were willing to help. Praise God it came off. I was glad to get this resolved.
This location has been more reliable and kind than other locations in RVA. I have met some nice employees who have gone above and beyond to help me. I pray that all of Sam Club's locations will be fully staffed in the Tire and Battery department. It is a very important part of why I am still a member for over 20 years. I would encourage everyone to keep their receipts handy, so there will be no problem in redeeming the services you are entitled too. I have referred several of my female friends to Sam's Club, because of these services: rotations, balancing, flat repair, warranty and the fact they are in numerous states. I was blessed to get help from Sam's Club when I traveled to PA (years ago); without these benefits, I am sure it would have costed me a bundle since I had to replace a tire during a road trip.”

Every time I come here for vehicle repairs and inspections, the staff always keeps me informed about the progress of my vehicles. If a part isn't readily available, they will work diligently to find it. If they find an issue, they never pressure me to have them do the repairs. They are honest and upfront.
