I purchased a fake pair of used off-white 5s and I paid almost $500 for them. I didn't check them on the apps before I left the store cuz I assumed they would be authentic. I had them less than 2 weeks before I found out they was fake and I called the store to tell them about it and they said I could not get my money back and that they will buy them back
for a fraction of what I just paid for them. I have to take a $500 loss cuz I trusted this store to sell authentic shoes. Do not shop here if u want authentic shoes!!!

Took 2 pairs of nice 11's in and they didn't buy because box wasn't included. Anybody that knows anything about shoes and one thing nobody cares about the box if they want the shoes, worst store in Virginia period. Sneaker P shoe knowledge is 0, these guys dnt know nothing about shoes. just look at the type of shoes they sell, all trash.

Nit helpful at all. I called them to buy some Jordan’s from me. While the guy was nice that answered the phone. It was pointless because they false advertise what they are capable of doing. Which is buying sneakers.

Everyone will have a different experience while shopping. Shopping here my first experience was so-so and my second was very good. My third visit was outstanding. I will say I browse and get a feel for a store before I buy anything. Every customer service representative is not nice, very helpful or ready to give a great shopping experience. That's why each of my visits had different reps and were at different times of the day each time. One visit the store was empty of customers. Another it was packed and my last was half full. Some of the prices are very high and other's are reasonable. It really depends on what you're looking for and how much you're willing to spend. I'm a shoehead so I don't need much help but someone else may need help. It is really a store for someone with shoe experiences that would make you a true fiend of loving shoes in which means if it's something you want price is not an object.

Very cool shoe store in Petersburg, its like StockX but in an actual building. They offer rare shoes, unique one offs, pre owned shoes for men, women and kids. They offer shoe cleanings as well.Prepare your wallet. Shoes predominantly range from $60 to $600. Couple examples above $800
