Over heard a female employee telling her boss that a male employee at the colonial heights shell calling her the b word about her music but he was playing his music cussing while customers where in the building and the manager told the female employee she can handle it.

Trying to use the fuel rewards program here is impossible. The outside pumps lock your card and doesn't unlock it until you cancel the transaction. Then it doesn't cancel the transaction, it approves the transaction...then it doesn't give you your fuel rewards credit. Three different pumps have locked my card the past 2 times I have been at this location. I have had to call the fuel rewards program to credit my account and Shell corporate because this station keeps locking my credit card. Tonight was the last time I will visit this station. Tellers have no idea what to do when the pumps lock your credit card and have no solution to help out with the Fuel Rewards program here, except to call their number. I left here and did not make a fuel purchase. I went down the street to Sam's Club and got fuel for the same price as I would have paid using my Fuel Rewards. There is no reason to utilize this station. Fueling up your vehicle should not be a complex task and this station's pumps exasperate this simple procedure. The only reason I come here is to use my fuel rewards points. Since this station's pumps locks your credit cards and you don't know if your Fuel Rewards will be credited. I will avoid this station.

My card got stuck in the gas machine and all they said is there wasn't anything they could do. Then walked away. Eventually it came out but the least you could have done was come outside and look. Or shown some concern. Awesome customer service NOT!!

Buying lottery and 1 beer. Watching me like a hawk. who would steal a beer when purchasing 30 dollars worth of tickets¿ Called the city told them about the buckets catching leaking roof water in numerous spots.

Didn’t accept an older $100 bill because she didn’t “want to take a chance” maybe it was my gold teeth? But then proceeded to give it to a customer to check it out . Luckily I wasn’t carrying only cash.
