Posting comment for Sharon V. Williams: This month i went to get a flat fixed and tires rotated after purchasing tires for over $600 (last year)/ They fixed my flat, but I was told to come back since my lug nut was stuck and they didn't have time to finish the rotation.
The service was great until they could not get a lug nut off, actually I was not initially told to get it off before coming back for my appointment on 5/18/24. They told me that I needed to take my car somewhere else to get it off (i.e. NTB, which would cost over $100). That was not acceptable to me, since I only get my tires serviced by them for over 20 years. I praise God for favor even when they "could not" find proof on their computer of my purchase... They were basically denying liability. I praise God for allowing me to locate my receipt, it was all the proof I needed! Right away, they were willing to help. Praise God it came off. I was glad to get this resolved.
This location has been more reliable and kind than other locations in RVA. I have met some nice employees who have gone above and beyond to help me. I pray that all of Sam Club's locations will be fully staffed in the Tire and Battery department. It is a very important part of why I am still a member for over 20 years. I would encourage everyone to keep their receipts handy, so there will be no problem in redeeming the services you are entitled too. I have referred several of my female friends to Sam's Club, because of these services: rotations, balancing, flat repair, warranty and the fact they are in numerous states. I was blessed to get help from Sam's Club when I traveled to PA (years ago); without these benefits, I am sure it would have costed me a bundle since I had to replace a tire during a road trip.

The Sam's Club located in Colonial Heights; Virginia makes it very difficult in servicing their lifetime tire warranty when a tire rotation is required. I cannot believe that Walmart is rated in the top 14 corporations worldwide for supply chain management. It is impossible to obtain a schedule to utilize the "lifetime warranty" because the service center does not answer the phone, an appointment can only be made by coming into the service center in person, and then the appointment is scheduled days out. The answer to correct this issue would be to allow the customer to establish these required rotations "ONLINE". I've been purchasing my tires at this Sam's Club for years, but will never purchase or recommend their product again until they corporately address the needs of the customer. In the age of AI, and Cyber Security breakthroughs, it is difficult to believe that this Rated Fortune Global #1 corporation in retail cannot develop a drop-down on its website to allow customers to make an appointment for this service.

Dirty, angry, and slow. Those were the highlights. Watching people get angry over waiting for rotisserie chickens when there were plenty available. Waiting in a 10 minute line for tea or ten minute line to exit the store.

Aisles overflowing with merchandise and nothing put away. A pallet with a large box taking up more than half the main aisle to the back. Everyone was having to walk around and wait to get by. I found an employee and she noted it and left to get someone. Twenty minutes later it is still there. An inconvenience at a minimum or a disaster waiting to happen otherwise.

It is a specialty retail operation that is usually busy. The staff has always been great. I look forward to shopping there.

Went in to check on a guest membership. Had the intentions of getting my own membership if the guest was not available but the lady at the member services today was irritated and kept “sighing” at me like I was a problem. She did not want to help me neither did she offer me to get my own membership after she checked that the guest membership was not available. Very bad customer service for a position that LITERALY screams it. Sorry sams club but I will not be becoming a member anytime soon due to this. Definitely not going to this location in the future. Very unfortunate.

This Sam's Club always a busy location. Everything went smooth. Although, sometimes it's just a bit of a challenge to get out the door.

It's an alright Sam's Club location. It is located right in the middle of Colonial Heights and has multiple entry/exit points to utilize. It gets extremely, extremely crowded and which makes navigating the parking lot quite hectic. It has a gas station and a food court inside that seems generally well-stocked with a good sitting area. It has free wifi. The logo branding on the storefront seems to have fallen off or something - it doesn't have a new feel to it but it also isn't dirty either, being generally quite clean inside. Lots of registers and everything seems well-stocked. In short, it has some positives and negatives and doesn't stand out as an amazing location nor a bad location.

This review is of the gas part of this sams club. Out of 12 pumps, only about half of them work. This has been the case for over a year and the lines are incredibly long. The service attendants are also very rude. Now the main sign on the store is missing and it looks like Kmart when Kmart was going out of business.

I come into this location regularly for necessities and I also utilize the curbside pick up option. Although we initially had some trouble when we first set up our membership and credit card through sames, staff was friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. The facility appears to be well kept and clean. They have a great selection of meats.

Very rude! And if you are not going to be open from 8am to 7pm then post the correct hours! They won't go out of their way to help you! They are too busy socializing with each other and making up reasons why they cannot help you!

I had 8 tires installed on two cars on Monday September 5. I've called with no success reaching anyone to inform them that someone in the tire shop scratched my Mercedes c300 during tire installation. Whatever device they used to remove tire appears to have also scratched my rim. There were greasy finger prints everywhere. My wife's Mercedes e350 tire pressure was way too high and missing air valve caps until she insisted they be found. Just horrible service from a Sam's Club. I plan to travel back to the store today.

Is this a Costco or what. Lol No but Fr, the hotdogs are smack, you ever had a Home Depot hotdog, tastes just like em, that home grown hot dog taste, straight from the hot dog vine. Anyway, buy in bulk, yes please. You ever bought just a whole thing of canned corn and just had that in your pantry for a min then you remember you have all that damn corn in your pantry so you just start having corn everyday. That's what dreams are made of. Thank you for growing your hot dogs naturally and selling your corn in pallets.
