You cannot find ANY Glacier Bay plumbing repair parts in the HD stores. Glacier Bay is a propriety product manufactured for HD so good luck locating parts. The safest bet is to stay away from GB products and purchase from nationally known manufactures.

If you live on the military base do not order anything that requires delivery. Ordered a washer/dryer set and they rescheduled my delivery 3 times due to issues with driver not able to get on base. They do not have an option to pickup in store. After 3 failed attempts over a two week time frame I had to cancel my order. Being one of the two largest appliance stores in a military town, but can't get on base is ridiculous. Mrs. Kerry was the only good thing about this entire transaction.

Gregg Adams community, unfortunately Home Depot uses a third party contractor for delivery of appliances. After two failed deliveries and failed communication from the delivery agency for a washer and dryer purchase from this store we canceled our order. The sales associate clearly documented our address as on a military installation and requirements for the crew to enter post. It was apparent the courteous staff to include managers at the store shared our frustration as they were limited to the same 1-800 number provided to me with over a 30 minute hold time to coordinate delivery. The delivery support team from the 1-800 number's recourse was to refer us back to Home Depot store staff who could not resolve the situation. When asked if the delivery crew could deliver to Home Depot so I could pick up in store we were told it was not possible. To sum this, up my family was with out a washer and dryer for 6 days as we uninstalled our old system to accommodate delivery requirements, we spent 8 hours waiting on a delivery crew that never showed up due to 4 hour window delivery times and spent 3 hours trying to arrange delivery for items we ended up canceling due to lack of confidence in the stores capability to deliver the items to our residence that we purchased. We are very disappointed with our experience.

Came in today to purchase paint to re do some rocking chairs. Asked for help as these would be on my front porch. Spent two hours sanding and started applying the paint that was very highly recommended and it was not paint at all. Looked like paint at first but it was clear top coat that looked white. Let's educate the sales people before you spend your money on this and ruin 1/2 of your furniture that has to be redone again.

As a contractor, do not. And I mean do not get paint from this store. They have no idea how to mix paint. Got antique White in the bear brand and when I went back to get more they couldn't match the color they kept missing the base too deep and they blamed it on their machine. So not only did it cost us more to get more paint but then we also had to pay more in labor to get our painters to repaint an entire room so by buying Home Depot's paint colors we ended up having to pay so much more money to fix what they refused to fix.

I’m tired of placing larger orders and getting the email that indicates the order is ready.
When it’s not!!!
It should not take more than an hour to pick up an internet order.
This is the third time and epic failure
There is no reason to send the email if the entire order has not been pulled.
Today was a couple of breakers in a bag at customer service.
The 41 pieces of sheet rock had not been touched. I not only had to wait for the associate to find help but the two of them proceeded to pull the wrong material. I interrupted them to explain the difference between green board and regular sheet rock
She actually was gonna argue with me so I just asked her to please get a manager.
The manager quickly agrees with me and put some wheels in motion to get the stuff loaded on a cart to put in my truck.
I called them before my two hour drive and felt that the materials were paid for and therefore should have already been on a cart. Especially with an email ???
I know times are tough for employers but I blame the management for not taking care of the internet customer.
I spent over $1200 today
A lot of what I ordered will be shipped.
6 - 20 amp breakers were canceled by your computer automatically because you didn’t have them.
An assistant manager said the Chester HD has over 50?
So what’s going on with inventory control?
Anyway
I think I can finish my garage project without Home Depot.
I hope my no internet code for 0% for a year actually worked

I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.

that's s is becoming the worse store to shop all ng with Walmart. no customer service & can't get help. a couple weeks ago tried to get carpet runners cut. 4 associates sitting around the area but "they didn't work that dept"! I walked our. T
Today I needed keys made & asked to get an associate to be sent to the dept. after 5 min of waiting, I called the store & again I requested assistance. no one ever came after waiting over 10 min. I will take my business elsewhere!

Home Depot is one of the only places I know if it's actually renting construction equipment right now. I drove a 26 foot rental truck with a car hauler to this location as a drop off point. Although the drop off office was very slow and only allowed one person in at a time, I was grateful that the two gentlemen and lady that was working were quick on their feet and move through the customers at a pace not normally seen.

Had to travel down here for an insulation machine after 2 machines in Chester failed on me. No longer had my receipt on hand, called CH location and they told me I would not need it just come down they would look things up on the computer. So I left the area by my house only to find out after standing in line they could NOT look it up via computer in the tool dept, and I had to walk down to customer service to get a copy of my receipt in order to prove I bought 20 bags of insulation and would not be charged for the rental fee of the machine. So I got that, brought my receipt back to the tool dept. and proceded to rent the machine which was in FAR better condition than both in chester. Made that trip down later in the day to return the machine and they did not properly refund my rental fee, they instead added on an insurance fee. The entire reason I went down and waited in line earlier for a receipt was for nothing! I had to go back to customer service and sort things out to get money credited back to my card. I then requested a paper copy proving I was properly refunded and neither employee could print me a receipt (I believe this to be a malfunction of the system design, not those two employees) So I had to check my account multiple times throughout the next day until the charge dropped off.

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been in. The employees are either very unhappy with their jobs or are independently wealthy and this gig feeds their desires to unleash sarcasm and snarkiness on the unsuspecting. The store is not stocked with advertised sales items nor is it neat or tidy. If you are fortunate to get the attention of an associate, it becomes quickly clear that they are either untrained or disinterested in helping you find whatever it was that brought you to this hell hole to start with. If you are smart you'll stay away from the paint, appliance, lawn care, plant and tool sections of the store. Okay, I guess that is the whole store. It's obvious that nearly everyone is some type of manager.... Way too many managers who have no intention of putting themselves out to assist a customer. Did I mention the appliance Dept? It's suspended on a second floor area and Don't even ask the drone working part-time in that area to climb the steps to answer a question or explain a detail about the appliance you are looking at. Just get the stock number and go to Lowe's, another Home Depot or a order it online from the manufacturer. God help you should you purchase the item and require service.

Really hard to get help and then they say they'll be right back and never come. Spent an hour and a half here today waiting on service for an hour after spending over 400$ . We then had to wait about 15 minutes or more for a supervisor to come unlock the back gate. Terrible service.

I liked this store the first time I came in today, great and helpful staff.. had what we needed at decent prices.. but then I had to make a second trip. I should have chosen self check out. The lady, using that term loosely, very rudely checked my seven small items out.. then proceeded to check me out rudely blurting out " When are you due?" I smiled and said, " I'm not pregnant".. to which I was expecting an oops, or sorry, but no.. She decided she hadn't insulted me enough.. so, she answered back with a laugh and said, "Well, you sure look like it!" Then pointed at my stomach.. maybe she was feeling poorly about herself, maybe she had had a bad day or life.. but maybe some customer service training might help?

Well stocked. Friendly helpful staff willing to help with a few ROTTEN apples. Ive delt with a few employees on the floor who were down right aggregating who clearly didn't know the meaning of customer satisfaction but I was always able to find another employee who was willing to help and even apologize and knew exactly who I was talking about when I expressed my displeasure. So overall I would recommend this Home Depot and give it an average rating of 3 stars. Some made it bad but others made it great.
