I had a phenomenal experience- from the initial phone call with internet sales personnel to my designated salesman, Gabriel. The Finance Dept. bent over backwards, with the direct assistance of the sales manager, in assuring I received the best deal possible. The total experience was the best I have ever had. Total transparency from start to finish. I never have driven a Nissan before purchasing this vehicle. I am now a Loyalty customer for life due to the experience I had. Thank you Gabriel and the entire staff who assisted me!

Nice cars but Communication in the service department sucks you make an appointment and take forever for anyone to call you and let you know what is going on with your vehicle. Costumer service has when down hill I mean you have to call to see what's wrong and when you do it's like pulling teeth to speak with the one sell department is great service sucks and this is coming from someone that has worked at a dealership at one point

If I can put more than five stars, I would!!! My sales rep Vincent, Ahmad and the whole entire loyalty staff went above and beyond to make sure I left with the best vehicle that fit every need I was looking for. Words can’t express how happy I am and the professionalism they showcased really left its mark. I would highly recommend anyone to go shop with them.

Roger was very helpful with explaining why my 2020 Nissan kicks needed different maintenance services. I was concerned that it was going to cost me over $600 dollars but he let me know why it was needed and why it’s necessary to have it done. Im not a mechanic and it’s important to me that I receive honest information from Loyalty Nissan. I do not take my vehicle any where else and I will return for the exceptional service I receive when I go there. Thank you to all the crew at Loyalty for listening to my concerns and setting my mind at ease. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I’m appreciative of all their hardwork.

My experience of service on thurs Aug 17 was great. For the amount of people there when I arrived, the wait was not long at all. Also Id like to mention I witnessed the employees were laughing with each other and still showed professionalism! Seem like a family. Mr Lamont Wright, the gentleman that waited on me was very professional. I always have a good experience at Loyalty Nissan!

Lamont Wright was very professional in making sure my experience with Loyalty Service department was A1service. He told me it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes and that is just how long it took. He check to make sure I didn’t need anything and let me know that I was scheduled for the wrong service but he corrected it. With workers like this I will continue to be a loyalty customer

Couldn’t have asked for a better visit for service on our 2019 Nissan Altima. Our advisor Stephanie M was both knowledgeable and professional. My Wife and I went to Loyalty Nissan recently and purchased a new vehicle. We were immediately greeted by Vince as soon as we walked in. We explained what we were looking for and our budget. Vince was determined to make sure we left out of there with something new to drive and that we were happy with our choice. He was very patient with us, as we spent most of the afternoon there. This was one of the best experiences we have had from a customer service standpoint. Ahmad in finance was also great, as he was very professional and personable as well. We are happy we decided to join the Loyalty team. Thanks again!

My car unexpectedly broke down on me and I was in need of a new vehicle ASAP. Went in on July 4th and test drove a few different cars until I found the right one for me. I would like to personally give a big shoutout to Mr. Rodney Booker and Mr. Ahmad Miller. They made the car buying experience very smooth and even went out of their way to stay later, on a holiday at that, to make sure that I had everything I needed to be on my way. Definitely recommend this dealership. 5 ⭐️!

Mr. Roger Hodges went above and beyond to assist me from the moment we drove into the garage. He assisted me with exiting my Rogue and carried my water bottle for me. After we checked my Rogue in for to be serviced, he escorted us into the waiting area. He told us if we needed anything to let him know. After my Rogue was finished, the paperwork completed, he drove my Rogue into the garage, escorted me to my Rogue, opened and closed my door for me. I have been dealing with Nissan since 1990. I have never had any one in customer service to treat me like royalty and make me feel so special. Mr Hodges is a great asset to Nissan. His kindness shown to me will be forever appreciated.

Had an excellent experience when having my oil changed. My car was ready before expected and my customer service representative kept me informed and was very professional. He even walked me to my car and opened the door. Kudos to Roger Hodges!

This was first time appointment in the service area at Loyalty. I wanted to take my Frontier to Loyalty because I knew one of the service techs from another Nissan dealership. I was greeted by friendly customer service reps to check me in, and then I was met by Roger Hodges who handled my appointment from then on. He went over the services I had requested, and gave me an estimate of the time for the services to be completed with a projected price. He then escorted me to the waiting area, and after the service was completed, he came to me in the waiting area, and escorted me to the service desk area where we went over the invoice line by line, and future service suggestions on my Frontier. Roger displayed a caring customer service focus which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Roger Hodges and the service team at Loyalty. This first impression won my future business.

Stephanie was very kind and polite. She kept me informed about my vehicle. She is the first Asst Service Manager to treat me with respect since coming to Loyalty for repairs or oil changes.
