Honesty, didn’t encounter any issues.Not many cost effective dry cleaning options in RVA region so was somewhat pleased to discover Johnson’s. Good hours and piece to have button shirt(s) cleaned is on par with zips.Suit prices are a different story, but I understand they have to churn out a revenue.

The lady at this business is nasty and rude! Extremely unprofessional! I pull up to the door and her conversation is so good that she forgot about customer service to all customers. I'm waiting 5 mins by now window down, ticket in hand out the window and she couldn't acknowledge me that someone would be with in a moment or call for the young man in the back. But soon as I thank the young man for coming to wait on me she has so much to say and closes the side door with an attitude. Since she's the only one who works from 7am today and I get there after 5pm! And you're grouchy, tired, rude and unprofessional anything customer service or dealing with certain customers isn't for you. And I go there just about every other week for dry cleaning. Thank you for letting me know my business is no longer welcomed! The 1 star is only because it had to be.

My coat smelled and looked just like it did when I sent it in to be cleaned. It appears that they only put a plastic covering over it, charged me $12 and gave it back to me after being there for about 2 weeks.

I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with this business. I grew up in the area and my family always used Johnson cleaners. I stopped in last Friday to drop off some tablecloths and the lady working was so rude. Another customer walked out behind me and said he would never do business with them again. She even came outside when he was talking to me and asked him if he had something to say to her. She literally threw the tablecloth's at me then she noticed my debit card on the floor (I had dropped it when I first went in) and she wouldn't give me my card. This lady was out of control. She ended up throwing my debit card at me and asked for the dry cleaning ticket back. They lost two customers that day - keep that up and eventually this business will shut its doors! I asked her name and she wouldn't tell me. I've seen her in there many times before, but if this keeps up she will run this business in the ground quickly.

No problems with this location. Used to use the location down the block but they have new management and this location does better work. More expensive but good customer service

Had my Queen comforter cleaned there one week came back and it was damaged brown spots everywhere. Actual price was $400 but I asked them to pay the $227 which was sale priced . Took almost a month with the run around with them but finally they paid. Went on eBay and found a new king size for $119. Very rude employees especially the manager and the tall blonde from rehab. Never again!

i am writing a review because it has been over a month since i have received my comforter back from being cleaned by this cleaners. Dropped it off one day to be dry cleaned and picked it up a week later , took it home to put on my bed and it had bad brown stain spots on it. I was so upset because my son bought it for me from Macys. it was priced well over $200 and it was like new. Went back to tell them about it , which of course they already new , they just never said anything..and someone put it on the hanger and just gave it to me as it was. Every time i pop up there's an explanation. They suppose to be paying for it but its been weeks and i haven't received anything. i don't know who the owner is and can never catch him there. Went there Monday 13 2022 to see why the owner hadn't called..the manager was acting like there was a check for me but she didn't see one. This dry cleaners i do not recommend.

I went to the cleaners on September 21 took in a suit picked it up on the 25th. Also paid for it. The person realized that the suit wasn't her suit. So I took it back to the cleaner. She lost the ticket for the suit. She only use that cleaner, so she trusted their business. The suit had johnson cover but didn't have a purple tap in the inside and then make it crazy it wasn't clean. So the worker call the manger , he say I couldn't get my money back, because of no receipt. Ok they had prove that I picked up the suit. Now I have a dirt suit and. lost my money. My thing is you have prove I paid for it, you can't get your clothes without paying for it. Am I right! Well who ever get my mom suit I hope you enjoy it.

They have lost or misplaced several of my garments and have also given me someone else’s. Johnson’s do not calculate your garments when you check them in (worker said she was too busy to calculate now and will do later) which is probably why garments are lost or misplaced. I also have experienced discoloration. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
