Customer service is terrible. They will not greet you. They feel bothered when you ask for assistance. They spend more time talking then working.

I was going to leave a really long review with all the little details but looks like many people have had the same experience at this store and nobody really cares. I’d just agree with the people saying this is by far the rudest staff I’ve come across and you probably need police to assist you if you want to shop here. The staff disrespected and threatened me in front of my children (who are still in a shock) just because I asked for one size small for a shoe as the one they brought didn’t fit properly. I saw the sneakers I liked online, drove an hour just to get the right size and buy them, only tried that one shoe and was likely going to settle with the other size as well if the staff wasn’t rude.

If I could give location negative stars I would! I am very dissatisfied by the customer service. I was questioned, humiliated, and lied to. The store manager refused to grant me to use my military discount and rewards b/c he wasn’t informed that they offered either and thought I was trying to pull a fast one. This location will never get my business and neither will recommend anyone shopping here!!!

By far the rudest store in the mall they don't greet customers as they enter every shoe you need "we ain't got it" the store looks amazing but that doesn't resonate with the employees. The manager saw me notice he told his employee just "to tell him we ain't got it" then he said double check I'm not sure how they even make sales goals with such a rude staff

Horrible place and service. Ghetto emoloyees that refuse to assist or even want to work. Workers had terrible conversation on the floor instead of helping customers.
