“My husband and I visited the store to send a diamond bracelet off for repair, unfortunately the purchase was not loaded in the system under his name. Jason and Sherri spent quite a bit of time with us trying to find it and even helped to consolidate duplicate profiles into one for us. They were both very helpful easy to work with. We returned with the receipt 2 days later and Jason helped us to get the repair scheduled, he also helped us to track down why the purchase wasn’t loaded on my husbands name on the day of purchase.
