Employee would not allowed me to see the condition of a used game before purchasing, or even to see if it had a manual because they had put a piece of tape on the case. I could understand if it was factory sealed (but then, condition shouldn’t be an issue at that point), but it was literally a piece of tape the store had placed on the case to keep it closed. Why deny verification of the quality of the game, and increase the chance of unnecessary returns?

Cute shop! We have multiple game systems and I was looking for karaoke games for the Xbox, didn’t matter which one. I got 3 games and a microphone, Mike was extremely helpful!

If you’re selling an item, they will make you wait till the very last minute, even allowing people to come in after you and be served before you. I really do not like that. It’s a terrible practice. I was the only person in the store and then three people walked in and he told me to hold on and he served them even the people were saying isn’t he before us but the clerk ignored them and continued to serve them.

Great people here. I brought in my laptop for a fan issue, and it was fixed within days. The employees are friendly, professional, and upfront with you on everything. Their services are reasonably priced. They repair laptops, phones, and game consoles. They also buy and sell games of all kinds, newer ones, and vintage games. Check them out!

My sister recently had her laptop screen repaired here. The employees were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The repair only took a few days and was affordable as well. She is very satisfied with the service she has received and recommends HotSpot for repairs :)

Sales associate was professional and knowledgeable about the products. If you need to get fingerprints they offer the service, which was fast. They also sell and fix electronics. You can apply for a membership, which is $20 for the year.

Lower trade in returns than game stop they sold me games I returned them and they tried to give a quarter of the value of the games, they were in mint condition and these were very popular ps2 games. Wasn’t always this way but last couple of times I went service was terrible the store smelled like feet and the staff was very disrespectful and condescending.Unfortunately I’ve lost a lot of respect for one of previously favorite stores.

How Do I apply for a job there? This place is pretty cool I got a few consoles there in my time shopping at you alls store. And am a huge fan of Nintendo 64., I can repair N64 Joysticks and do simple electronics cleaning.
