Everyone was very friendly and nice. I will go back to get some other things that I need. I would recommend that anyone who wants to be treated with respect and have a Loving caring feeling when you shop. Go to Home Decor.

The website is a fraud there is no such thing as same day delivery when they don’t have ANY bedroom furniture that’s available i literally been waiting since Oct and nov then he told me they don’t know when they make get some more it can be after March. then once i asked about a refund they started i can put in a request but it maybe denied. This is very pitiful smh i will never go back there and the furniture is cheaply made for the price they want. IF I CAN GIVE IT NO STARTS I WOULD !!!

This is the worst furniture store I ever shopped. I payed for a coffee table 8 months ago which they haven't delivered and ever time I go there to ask them why it's taking too long, they have a different story. This store should not be in business because they are robbing people their money. Please stay away from this store

First of all, I ordered 3 twin mattresses sets and rails. Made the mistake of paying upfront. $1,000+ is what it came up to. Look at my receipt after leaving to store. Saw 3 mattresses covers added that I never had a discussion with the manager about even buying. Went back. Got refunded for that. That was my sign to cancel the whole order. But was buying for a family in need. Told I would get at the end of the week because they automatically order extra each week. Also that I would be called on Friday to pick up Saturday. That’s why I paid in full. Never got a call on Friday. Called on Saturday, was told the truck never showed. Told to call back the following Friday, should be in. Called after Thanksgiving, still not in. Request a refund, told had to pay a restock fee. Fine. Called corporate. No answer. Just be on hold forever. Called several times since to see if it ever showed up. Never did as of right before Christmas. No refund. No merchandise. REALLY fell off. Truly disappointed because I’ve been buying from them for years. Referred others. Has to be new management. Super poor management. Where is the money going? Because it’s not coming back to customers and no one knows anything at the store. Like they signed a disclosure that stated “only refer to corporate customer service number”. They won’t reply to this review. Only the “positive ones”? Real shady

My daughter ordes. She was told because of COVID there was a delay. We went to the store in Colonial Heights on 8/28 and the furniture was still not ready. She requested a refund. It is 12/11 and no refund. This is rediculous!

I purchased my furniture april 15 th , it’s now December 10th and i have not gotten it. Not only do they not care they don’t even have a corporate office to contact about this. They don’t “allow refunds” even though i haven’t even received anything. Very unprofessional. Trash company.

Ordered a set that they Said they did not have in stock but would order. Waited two weeks, no word from store about arrival/delivery of our furniture. Went into the store to question and was told the manufacturer discontinued the set I ordered. I felt we should have been called! Store looked empty….. we were offered to look around and find something else in the store because they would not refund our money without taking out a restocking fee……WHAT THE HELL WE’RE THEY RESTOCKING?? They said I could have the one set, which was the one I ordered, but it has been sat on, squeezed, touched and manipulated by other shoppers! I asked for a discount because in my opinion, it was used. We were told because they had already given a veterans discount, they could not offer anything else!I would not recommend or go to this store EVER AGAIN!The person waiting on us was very short with us and downright rude! Hire better customer service people!

The worst furniture store ever. I have spent countless dollars with this business. I recently made another purchase and have been waiting for my order for over a month!! They give you no ETA on your order! How are you a furniture store with NO furniture in stock.! Sales reps has a nasty attitude as if they’re doing you a favor and you’re a PAYING CUSTOMER!!!

The person loading my Truck broke two pieces that hold up my plastic rails while loading up the mattresses. I didn’t notice it until i took the mattress off. I know it wasn’t deliberately done. Other than that they tied the mattress down well and made it home with any issues. I am going to see what the store does about this issue. I have to go back to buy another set ill be fine if they give me a discount on that set.
