This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. It was a last-minute deal because the hotel that we originally booked ended up not having space for us even though we had a room reserved. I believe if I had booked the Hilton Garden Inn ahead of time, the price would have been much cheaper than what I had to pay.The bed was so soft and comfortable. When I got home to my bed, I actually missed their bed. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash smelled so good, but I loved the fact that they conserved resources and used less plastic by attaching bigger bottles to the wall to refill for each guest, rather than wasting all the travel size plastic like most hotels. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and it was not too busy like some hotels (a lot of hotels were all booked up in the area and really busy, which meant to many people and that is just not for me). They have a buffet breakfast and serve dinner for an extra charge. (Hotels with hot food are the best) I also enjoyed the indoor pool, fitness center, and hot tub. Anthony at the front desk was one of the sweetest and most helpful people I have ever met. ❤️

Security - Must not employ any type of security. There was a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell. He was there for our entire two night stay.Didnt get any room service for our entire (2 night stay).- Excellent Bed, very comfortable. The room itself was very nice.- Charge extra for the morning breakfast.

Upon arriving the lobby of the hotel was huge and very clean. My room was clean and very spacious, everything worked very well from the tv to the thermostat. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the food was very delicious ?

Hotel rooms are dated, but comfortable. The cardio equipment in the fitness room is broken. Both treadmills are non functional, and the fitness bike seat lock is broken, making it unusable. The only piece of cardio equipment that was functional was the elliptical, which is not a healthy fitness choice for a healthy person who does not need the accomodations of an elliptical. I also grabbed something from their market up front, and asked for a receipt, but they were "unable" to print me a receipt.

I visited for the second time in 2023. I came back with good memories from last time, but this time I was disappointed. When I entered the room, I couldn't sleep easily due to the strange smell. There were several broken equipment in the fitness room. I couldn't do the exercise I wanted. The staff were also not friendly. The quality of breakfast was not the same as before.I have no desire to come again.

Great property, and staff makes it much more better. I stayed here on 10/14/23 to 10/15/23.And the manager on site was so helpful and pleasant with my family. Going forward, I will always look to stay here.

Place looks rundown and dirty. Even the door to our room was stained and looked like it’s never been cleaned. The carpets in the hall and in the rooms are dirty and stained. Not worth the trouble, especially for the price.

My room was not ready upon arrival so i was put into the room from hell. I overlooked the fact the keys did not work properly even the new ones I was given, the badly stained carpet, the standing water in the sink, the burnt iron and wobbly ironing board but, I had a TV were streaming was constantly freezing. When I complained it was serviced but to no avail. It was constant I mean continuously. I have over 20 pic and even some videos of the freezing TV, but for some reason I am unable to upload them I even asked asked to be moved and it went into one ear and out the other. I had to finally make the decision to find another hotel to experience comfort on my last day of my trip.

I feel a bit like I’m in the best a third world country has to offer, rather than a Hilton. Check in staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, though they did switch us from a smoking room (which had not publicly been designated as such) to a non, which was appreciated. The complimentary water that one gets as a Hilton Honors member is offered at the reception desk, so you can carry it to your room with your luggage if you want it. Apparently, it is too much to ask for them to put it in the room for you as most Hiltons do. We selected a one bedroom suite, which was expensive by area standards, thinking it would be one of the nicer, more spacious rooms. Though spacious, it smelled of mildew. The furniture is old, stained, and the wooden pieces look like garage sale finds. They are chipped and dingy looking. The carpet is dirty, stained, and frayed in several spots. I’m not talking small stains…these stains are a foot wide and several feet long in spots. In sum, this almost $300 room is not one I’d have stayed in, had I had the chance to see it first. The hotel does allow smoking and does not include breakfast, despite advertising to the contrary. The “kitchen” boasts no plates, utensils, or paper towels, and the faucet is broken. We’ve not tried the bed, so cannot speak to that, but I’m praying it is cleaner than the rest of the furniture. This is the third Hilton we have stayed at in a row, as I enjoy the remote checking and electronic key we can get through the app. Neither of those features worked here. While this is by far the worst of the three, all have been sub par. This one though, is so horrible, I would hate for any one else to endure it, so I’m taking the time to write a review. This stay is a third strike for Hilton in our book. The chain used to be reliably comfortable, clean, and strong on customer service. That clearly can no longer be said. We are done with Hiltons. We hope this review helps others avoid the mistake we made in choosing this hotel.

Love this hotel and stay here frequently. Exceptionally clean rooms, even the filters in the air conditioning units are clean! The staff is friendly and helpful, comfy beds. And so clean, they really do a great job with all aspects of cleaning!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was cordial and accommodating at every step of the stay. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The fitness center and pool were a very nice bonus to the trip. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

During my stay, there was some sort of gathering / party going on until very late at night in the courtyard. It woke me up at 11:30pm with loud music, so I called the front desk. They were understanding and had the music turned off, but because my room was located close to the courtyard, the voices traveled easily into my room. At 1a, I still was unable to fall asleep so I requested the front desk move me to another room across the hall. One was not available, so they moved me higher, but I could still hear voices. I eventually had to fall asleep uncomfortably wearing headphones with rain noise around 2a. I had to be up at 6:30a the next day and it was one of the worst nights of sleep I've had in awhile. It doesn't matter how comfortable and nice the rooms are if it's too noisy at 2am to fall asleep. The party was HUGE so I assume the front desk was prioritizing all those guests over just me, but it was still frustrating.

This hotel was very nice with exceptional front desk staff. The room was not new, but well maintained except for the bathtub faucet which came out of the wall when we pulled up the lever turn engage the shower. The location is very awkward. The gps almost got us into an accident trying to find the entrance. We could see the hotel, but couldn’t figure out how to get there! This would prevent us from staying here again as it is a one night stop in our way up I95. We need a more convenient location.

Great location & convenient to the race track. Bed was comfortable as well as the room. Clean bathroom. No complaints.
