Terrible experience. White old lady who claims she got 30 years of experience she don’t know nothing about haircut. She probably worked at dog salon for 30 years. I asked a simple haircut, I clearly gave instructions to make it neat, she messed up my hair, she didn’t even clean, my neck and around my ears was full of hair. No professionalism. Not gonna suggest this place to anyone

They done did me like vector from despicable me :(. The people were nice but they should probably learn to actually look at the reference photo. I wanted a trim and got 4 inches cut off.

Scheduled an appointment for 530. Wasn’t seen until 545. Customer service was atrocious. Got home my gf straightened her hair she had 2-3 spots where her hair was an inch longer than other spots. Would never go there. Don’t recommended anyone ever going there. Was supposed to be a fun gift for her bday. Paid $50 for a horrendous cut that we had to get someone else to correct. Rude service.

I went to Hair Cuttery for the first time the other day and just got highlights throughout my whole head and my money pieces. I had the wonderful ms Asia as my stylist and she did such an amazing job with my hair she was very attentive and understood exactly what i wanted. Not to mention she was so kind and easy to talk to. Will definitely be going back!

I’ll tell one thing this was a nightmare for me today The hairdresser ERI cut my hair . It pull my hair and I didn’t get want show it and I keep telling it that how I wanted and it told me I’m just doing my thing well this head of hair is my . The cut I got sucked . It’s bad I hope it takes the money and goes back to school . I’m going to have to where a cap it’s so bad . Believe me I’m going tell all who wants to know what happen to me . It was hell .i have my picture still my of want i went and one of what got if anyone wants to see the nightmare i came home with . I want my money back .
Stylist: All I know is ERI it needs to be fired from there and a lawsuit against it

Always go here not because of the price. Not because of the good deals but one stylist in particular Brenda. If you want anyone to cut your hair it's her she gets it right 110% of the time and makes sure you leave satisfied. Been having her cut my hair for almost a year now and tbh if you don't have her you're not going to look your best. So when you schedule your appointment ask for Brenda and she will hook you up.

Claudia was very friendly and very professional since I walked in. She informed me that they were short staffed (Mother’s Day) but still cut my hair and did a great job. Thank you for the positive attitude and the professionalism.

My master stylist Brenda is the reason I keep coming back to hair cuttery for over 30 years now the salon has changed alot not always for the good but the service I get from my stylist is impeccable and I would not let anyone else do my hair she is professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of what a stylist should be or strive to be hair cuttery should have more stylist that care for their clients needs like she does
