By far the worst H&M location I have ever been to. It’s extremely inconvenient that the fitting room is always closed due to shortage of staff. It seems like this is an excuse to do less work as it has been like this for months probably even over a year. This should not and has nothing to do with the customer and should not affect one’s shopping experience, especially for a global brand like H&M. Very unprofessional staff with an attitude to add. Disappointing and disgusting.

Left my jacket there yesterday. Went back immediately after but no one would help me. They all wanted to close the store and leave. I had my documents in my jacket. Tried to call in store today to check and the customer service person just left me on hold. Never experienced this in my life. At least try to help your customers

Soooo I'm a H&M shopper to the core. After today it makes me second guess whether I should continue to. I def won't come back to this store though.Makayla definitely needs customer service training. Mean face whole time during check out. No welcome, not a thank you; nothing. She even got upset when we had to return to the store because SHE didn't remove a sensor off which caused the alarm to go off in every store we patroned after leaving. Idk if she's having a rough day but she definitely shouldnt have been cashier that day. Clothes were awesome but her energy was all off.

There were plenty of employees to follow me around when they thought I was shoplifting but no one around to actually wait on me and this particular store closes early depending on if they feel like stAying til the mall closes which is rare these days... booo

I love this store it’s pretty big but the kids section is very limited and basic..juniors/womens area is the go to place for tweens/teens. A lot more stuff to pick from they have some Y2K,grunge clothing that I favor. Will eventually try to go back

Store doesn't offer military discount!!! Thank you for your service H&M... Just leave all my purchase at the counter. Fake advertising at the entrance of the mall. "We support our military".

My first time coming into South Park Mall since the pandemic. The store was clean, organized, and of course, the prices are always great. Although severely understaffed, Aiyana was the only one working the counter/floor at the time and was awesome. She helped sign me up for the loyalty program, folded my clothes nicely, and was super friendly...she definitely deserves a raise. I will surely be back soon.

So I was shopping in the mall today and I saw this really Hugh store so I decided to pop in and see if I can find anything for my daughter. We have returned to school in my state so I need to get her a jacket or light coat for her to wear in class. That was a super nice guy who pointed me in the right direction as well as plain as the cells that we're going on. I was able to find a nice sweater for my daughter as well as a few other things. And I would definitely be returning to this location the next time I'm in town. Thank you all for a wonderful shopping experience!
