“Please leave the scanner alone. So frustrating. We don't both need to be moving an object. Either you move the scanner or I move my phone. Since I have to move my phone, you could not move the scanner and that really helps. Whenever no one is posted by the scanner like a sentry, I can slip right in. Otherwise we play this weird technological high five game with our electronics. Just leave it alone. If I can self checkout groceries, I can figure out how to scan myself into the gym.”
