I have been a member here since before they even opened the doors.This is my home away from home. The staff and atmosphere is always amazing.

My experience at the Colonial Heights Location has been nothing short of amazing!!! Many because of the great hospitality and assistance from Cat who works at the front desk. Always great is we enter and telling to have great day we leave. I love this gym!!! Great environment!!!

3 stars because the kids club is always full they sell more memberships and don't hire more staff haven't been able to workout many times for this reason also they need blinds for the front windows is horrible to workout with the sun in your face
