First impression when walking in is the staff is very nonchalant and not friendly. My pedicurist was very short and even agitated when I requested certain things. I asked for square filing and she told me my nails were too thin; not sure what that has to do with the shape but okay. The French tip was done very thin initially and I had to ask her to make it slightly thicker. Also if you notice there is a weird wavy pattern she does at the wing of the tip as if her hand wasn’t steady (yes she free handed). I didn’t bother asking her to fix it at this point because I was over it and knew I wouldn’t be back. Take notice of my big toe which as you can see is very thick; that’s not a tip nor acrylic, yet she said that’s why she couldn’t do square shape. Oddly enough she made the big toe pretty square to be fair. All in all they aren’t horrible but customer service was wack and they need too much direction; not to mention they aren’t receptive to correction. To top the experience off the guy at the front charged me for a spa pedicure (extra $5) instead of the basic one I got. I didn’t even bother asking them to reimburse the $5 since it’s so small and I was over them. Also they were burning incense to Buddha right next to me and my lungs damn near collapsed. Lord Jesus help! Anyway God bless and hope this review helps.

This place is advertised to close at 7:00, I called at 5:15 and the lady agreed that I could come get my pedicure. I arrived at 6:00 and was rudely told that they are closed and not accepting anyone else. I told her that I’m the one who called and she ignored me.

I went in on the 22nd to get a fill in and 2 nail replacements. On the 25th my nail they replaced broke off. They used too much acrylic. My nails are too bulky. I will not be returning.Services: Nail repair

I'm new to the area and have been looking for a permanent place to get my nails done on a regular basis.Dec 12 was the third time I've gave this location my business. I do NOT understand why my nails will not stay on (Gel acrylic).Im lucky if I get two weeks.Ive been getting gel nails for many yrs and Ive never had this issue until COVID.i believe the businesses changed the way they do nails.if they come off early then it means they have more re-pete business.I WILL NOT give this place any more of my money... I take my wife here to get her nails done. It's relatively inexpensive and she likes the quality of their work. For me, she's happy and feels good about herself, so it's a no Brainerd for me... I'd recommend to anyone
