Usually as soon as ppl enter the store customer service sits by the register an will watch ur every move but the minute u ask for help they act like then boss

Why have your hours posted as closing at 10:00pm but close 45 mins before because you all leave at 10:00 sound like poor management & laziness. and don’t come when they first open they wait til the very last second to open the door . Management clearly is responsible for this behavior .

The absolutely worst family dollar and will be reporting to corporate ! There never open and close whenever they feel like it just went last night at 8:30 it’s a parking lot full of people and there doors are locked and there mopping .
