STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR STORE!! I wish I would've looked at the review prior to submitting my order. I see why they have a 2.7 review score. I received a partial order and their excuse for not getting my other order delivered is that they're trying to find a Door Dash driver to deliver. They also have very poor communication!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

just tried to order fruit arrangement told me to call back i called back the person could not take order that answered phone the 2nd time told me to order on line guess they don't need the business i see they have bad reviews i was calling from Florida I have done business with them before so don't know what happened

Quinton, the store manager was able to assist me with rescheduling my delivery. I've had bad experiences in the past with other locations, but this one is top notch!

If I could give zero stars then I would. I placed a delivery order for today then receive a phone call from the store manager Ashley stating that they are “closed” today and she will not be able to deliver my order. I asked for a refund for my order beings that I can’t receive what I ordered and she tells me that I am not able to get my money until another day. I go onto their website and it says that they close at 3 today, meanwhile I placed my order at 1:25. I definitely do not recommend ordering from there. She was very unprofessional on the phone with me.

Do not order from this place. Placed an order on 2 February for Valentine's day. My order was never prepared, never, out for delivery, never arrived. I tried calling the store and no answer all day on Valentine's Day and the day after. 2 days later I got a random "refund" from edible arrangements. No explanation, no apology, nothing. I would never recommend anything from Edible arrangements or at least this specific location. If I could give them less than one Star I would.

I arrived the previous day after calling well before closing and no answer. When I waltzed to the door I saw that yens were closed during your “open” hours. Why??? You lied to me. I had to come back the next day so I’d like to be reimbursed gas money and time. I received chocolate strawberries and they tasted of dark chocolate. I’m no fan of dark chocolate so this was a tart surprise. Also it smells of smoke heavily in the store. I don’t mind if an employee smokes but please step outside so the inside of a treat store doesn’t smell strongly of skunky aromas.

Dont waste your time ive ordered here twice and both times they juat sent whatever they wanted i ordred 6 cheese cakes both times and both times they sent something completley different and want to refuse to give me my money back. And that was after i called several times for 5 days in a row before i could talk to anyone. What a joke!!!Save your money..

Birthday order was missing the flowers and the candy that I was charged for. VERY DISSATISFIED!!! Should have read the reviews before using this store. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!

I truly do not like posting negative reviews but I did not like the service from them. This was my first time ordering from Edible arrangements and it will most likely be my last. I ordered a day in advance to give my mother in law a special gift and unfortunately it never arrived. I called twice asking when it would be delivered and they told me the first time it would be 30mins after 3pm (estimate) then my second call they told me it had to be door dashed at around 5pm. At this point I no longer wanted the order anymore as my mother in law wouldn’t be home after that time frame. I called and requested a refund and I’m assuming who I spoke with was the manager, she stated it would be refunded in 3-5 business days on 5/19/23. After that time frame I checked and it still wasn’t refunded. I had to call today to request my refund again and she said it would be done in 3-5 business days. At this point if it is not refunded I’ll be calling corporate about this. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Ordered online and it was a specific theme (unicorn) with a unicorn stuffed animal. None of it was unicorn. Very disappointed to spend a $100 for not being contacted that they didn't have the unicorn stuffed animal and sent a pink bear instead? Would not recommend using unless you can see what they prepare before they deliver.

Ordered a arrangement from here for my family for Valentines Day. Order was left at the wrong address. Contacted the store within minutes of receiving the delivery confirmation photo to let them know, no answer. I left a message explaining that the delivery was incorrect and asked them to give me a call. The call never came. Tried again the next day, still no reply.Called corporate, they redirected me to the store and said that were unable to do anything but someone would give me a call back, the call never came. Opened a dispute with my credit card for not receiving goods as purchased, and am just now finally getting my money back.

This is the worst experience at this location. I receive a Valentines Day arrangement the day after Valentine’s Day in the afternoon. The card said delivered on Feb 14 but that was a lie. It was deliver on Feb 15. The store never answer. Reach out to corporate so I’m waiting for the response. The fruit wasn’t cold, the bottom was all dripping liquid, I guess since the fruit was made a day before. This was not edible. I hope the will refund the money because this is not acceptable. I would not recommend this store.

Found a live worm on one of my strawberries yesterday. I told my friend to call and get a refund because these items cost to much money for it to have worms coming out of them. I was so disgusted that I threw the whole box away. I wish I could give 0/10 stars. This location has gotten to be truly horrible.

Now that I got my money back I can write a review. What an absolute mess this whole thing was. The first time ordering from them and now my last. I placed an order October 13 expecting it to be there the 15th. Didn't get an update until the 16th. I called asking corporate because I couldn't get through their phone. They said they were understaffed, and they were a bit behind... no problem I understand that. Then I was told they couldn't deliver because nobody was home. When in fact, this person was home for the next two days that they had "no contact cannot deliver." When in fact, nobody even showed up so I had to send video footage to corporate of nobody even showing up to the door that they said they showed up to. When they couldn't even show up to it because this person was on a military base. So there are informing that they are showing up to a door that they can even show up to. There was no contact to the person receiving the arrangement or to myself about even picking it up in the front. Then I had to fight for my refund from corporate because it is a personally owned store. I had to talk to four different people to get a refund back and cancel and order. And they didn't even cancel it when I asked the first time too!A simple birthday order. Probably one of their smallest orders! I can be a very understanding person but this was so frustrating and stressful for such a little thing. The people I spoke to for corporate, though we're very nice people though and understanding my frustration. But even if the store is personally owned, that is still an overview on your whole company. And I'm sorry but by the looks of it, my review isn't the only bad one. Edible arrangements I think you need to step it up.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. FRUIT IS NOT EDIBLE. I received a Large fruit basket for my birthday and the fruit was not edible it was not ripe. I spoke with the manager who made my basket and she believes that the fruit was ripe at the time because the skewer was able to penetrate the fruit. I explained to her that the fruit is hard and she told me that fruit gets harder as the days go by (lol). I have never heard of fruit getting harder as time goes by like its a cookie. I told her I can bring the basket back to her so she can see what I'm referring to and she said she does not want to see the fruit and she is not willing to remake or refund the basket. A waste of money and time. This is the worst location and basket that I have ever receive. I contacted the corporate office who filed the complaint with the local store. I called them back to inform them that the owner was not willing to address my concerns and was told that the local store has the final say on how the want to address the complaints. More waste of my time. None of the cantaloupe or honey dew was edible. You can not see it with the honey dew because it green, but both of them were unripe. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
