I placed an online order for pickup at the Colonial Heights location. The online transaction was seamless. The day I went for pickup, there’s a long line at the door at 1:00 pm. Apparently the doors are locked and I was informed by other patrons that there was only one employee. I’ve been here for an hour and that employee has yet to come out to update us regarding the opening of the store. Poor customer service. 8/25/24 Colonial Heights location.

Went in about an hour ago to return some sneakers I ordered online. I was standing there with my box to do return and the sales representatives were talking as if I wasn't even there, nor was they trying to help. When I asked for help the girl smacked her teeth and sighed like I was an inconvenience. Instead of acting up, I decided to just leave and go to another store.It's bad enough that I had a horrible online experience due to them charging my card the full amount after I entered a gift card, then told that it they couldn't change the order once it's placed, and that I could only get a store credit in-store and they only way I could get a full refund was to pay to ship them back, now I have to go through this in the store.This is why I stopped spending my money with this company in the first place. I refuse to pay for poor customers service. Had I not received a gift card, that I still have to use in spite of ordering a pair of $125 sneakers, I still wouldn't be supporting this unsatisfactory establishment.

Needs to be shut down ASAP. Everyone is rude and employees sitting around talking without asking anyone if they need help. Who ever runs this location is doing a poor job with customer service and their labor hours. Ridiculous. SMH

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE!I walked into the store to see what they sell. After looking at what they had I see a pair of shorts that called my attention. I proceeded the register counter where there was four or five employees taking about taxes and how to cheat the system so that they wouldn’t pay takes or what they did so they wouldn’t pay for taxes. They were in their mobile devices and some where even doing their taxes while working. How is this possible? I asked to us the fitting room to see if the shorts fit correct, as I was unsure of the fit. One of the four ladies behind the counter said answered my question and said “No” I asked does this store have a fitting room? She responded “yes, but you can’t use them today” I asked why “She said “there’s lots of boxes” I then asked what’s the return policy? Another lady answered and said 30 days with receipt and unworn. I then asked how can I ensure they fit? I obviously need the wear them. Then another lady said “just make sure they don’t smell bad we don’t want that funky mess here”. Then another employee said you can try them in the male bathroom at the food court. I was confused as to why an employee would recommend a restroom where the floor is messy and there’s urine and or fecal matter on the floor? Another said go to Dick’s and try them on. By this time I was done with this conversation. The ignorance and the lack of education from these employees was extremely vexatious! I paid for the shorts and left the store.I don’t recommend this store!

The staff is straight ghetto!!!! No type of customer service skills. They just look at you crazy !! No greeting, they just stare at you and act like they mad that you walked in. I felt so uncomfortable.

Staff is super unfriendly and not welcoming at all. I feel when people are coming to your store (establishment) to spend money you can be more friendlier and welcoming of the customers or even if they are coming just to browse and check out the store. Every visit the workers seem like they got attitudes, don’t want to be there , or just stare you down every time you walk in the store without a greeting or nothing, which is awkward making me feel really uncomfortable. The Customer service at this DTLR is trash and need lots of help and attention.
