Jeff is very knowledgeable and always has great recommendations on tires. I was looking for a set of tires that are currently on back order. Jeff was able to find a suitable replacement at the same price point. I look forward to the installation of my new set of tires, hopefully by the end of this week.

We stopped in yesterday afternoon to have a tire replaced on our rental SUV. A piece of wood of all things punctured the wall of the tire on I-95 and started bleeding air. We were heading to DC and had to stop a couple of times to add air to the tire before we made it to Discount Tire in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Jonah, our technician, was phenomenal! He immediately changed our tire and got us back on the road. He even checked the other three tires to make sure the air levels were correct and properly torqued.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy won’t be going back nor recommending them can’t even put a hubcap on got to my house two of the lug nuts were hand tight my hubcap was rattling around due to the missing nut to put it back on my air valves weren’t tightened and jumping around banging on the rim not professional at all cross threaded my valve cap and not to mention had three people working on one tire went to s&s tire and they fixed everything and got me back on the road

Great store and experience. Tire coverage they give is awesome. Got unlucky and hit an open man hole within a month of getting new tires and they replaced it with no charge no questions asked. Friendly people great service. Highly recommend.
