Unfortunately I would give one star if I could. I have had numerous issues with this pharmacy between the medications I fill for myself and my family. It is really such a shame that the pharmacy staff is not compassionate to their patients, the staff in the store and pharmacy are both rude. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone, even my doctor was hung up on! The sad truth is the employees here just really hate their jobs and it shows. Hopefully they will hire a team dedicated to professionalism and patient care soon.

Awful. I call in to put in my prescription and it's Not There when I pick it up. Ever. I talk to a human AND I use the machine. They tell me my prescription is ready and they aren't. Unreliable. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. THEY DO NOT RELIABLY FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION.
Honestly they need to make some serious changes because there is no excuse for this kind of performance when dealing with people's medication.

This is a terrible CVS, I am leaving and going elsewhere after years of frustration with them. They run out of everyday meds like Amoxicillin, take a day to fill a RX called in by MD, rude on the phone, and I'm not surprised why. Their work conditions in the pharmacy box are horrendous. They get no lunch or breaks, bathrooms are filthy, pharmacy is junky and dirty.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every single time it’s a struggle to get my very important medicine. Often having to go without because they can’t get their store together. Do better colonial heights this is just pathetic. Currently been on hold for 45 minutes

The worst cvs in my entire life i been on hold for 50 mins with the pharmacy to refill a prescription that was moved from my pharmacy because of the closing ill be removing my stuff from here and using Walgreens or walmart yall are the worst dang place in my life

Absolutely terrible location. They took 3 weeks to fill antibiotics sent in from my doctor. Have made me wait 45 minutes in the parking lot for scripts that were already filled. And tonight I sat on hold for well over an hour waiting for someone to pick up and answer a simple question, I ended up having to drive to the pharmacy because they don’t pick up their phones. Clearly their employees aren’t paid enough to care about doing even an adequate job.

Has anyone had an issue with not receiving a prescription, although they claim it was filled and picked up. But every time you call it's a different date and time that it was picked up? It's blood pressure meds. Dr called in new Rx however CVS claims it's not covered by insurance because it's to early. No clue what to do???

This is, by far, the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. If this is how the treat their customers, I can only imagine how poorly they treat their employees.

They are always friendly to me. Even the pharmacy people. My prescriptions are always ready. Never had a bad experience here and I've been going here for years.

Worst pharmacy in the entire world. Never answers the phone, messes up prescriptions, and takes forever to fill them. Would not recommend to anyone. Literally the most stressful part of my month is getting my fiancé’s medicine filled. I have currently been on hold for 17 minutes at 7 at night…… they close at 8

Have called multiple times over multiple days this week to NEVER have phone picked up. Screen shots available. Called CORPORATE customer service and the rep assured me she would notify store manager in Colonial Heights VA as well as Regional manager. Never heard from anyone. Officially done as a consumer at CVS.

Sheila in the pharmacy felt it was ok to pull another customer in ahead of me who had not been waiting in line with the rest of us. She says that customer had been there “all day”, but she wasn’t there when I arrived and the prescriptions she picked up were not ready, so I seriously doubt that was the case.
