Nice and fast. It's also pretty affordable. My only complaint was they put insurance on my phone without asking. Then again I was there to replace a phone I just got but still.

My husband and I was looking to purchase a phone for our son because he lost his iphone but our son insisted that he WANTED AN iPHONE, but after speaking with KC, he was assured that it is totally ok to have an android. KC explained all the details about the phones and executed everything professionally and with great courtesy. He treated us with respect. We were SO happy. If you are looking to purchase a cellphone and want professionalism, go and see KC. Definitely 5 STARS!!!!!?

Absolutely fabulous customer service! The sales associate 'Nay (and I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly) was so friendly, informative, and helpful. I'm probably the most technologically ignorant person in the world and she helped me with professionalism and patience. Went above and beyond. Will stay with Cricket just because of the staff alone!
