This Honda dealership is the best with hard working service people. On time results and quick responses when you need a question asked. They are the hardest working folks on the planet when it comes to car dealerships. If I could give a 10 star, I would.Thank you for the great service and attention giving staff.

Let me start by saying I have bought 5 Honda's from Colonial Honda. I took my car to be serviced 6/2/2023 for an oil change. I was told I was due to get my tires rotated and balanced along with some other recommendations. I paid for my services and went my merry way. The next day as I was loading groceries into my trunk I noticed my back passenger side tire. Back in April of this year while in Washington DC, I hit a curb and put a slit in that back tire. I had to get that tire replaced at a shop called Arlington Tires. So all of my tires are the same brand except that one tire on the back passenger side. Well after paying for a tire rotation, that tire was in the same spot. So Colonial Honda took my money and never rotated my tires. I went back up there this morning and the person who I worked with yesterday told me their computer systems were being wonky and that may have been the issue which made absolutely no sense. If that's the case was my oil even changed?! She apologized and offered to get it done today but I didn't have time. I was in Colonial Honda for almost 2 hours the day before. Clearly a waste of my time. I only knew the tires weren't rotated because one tire is a different brand. Had that tire never been damaged, I would've never known. I'm contacting corporate and the sales services manager Monday morning as I discovered this on a Saturday. I am extremely disappointed that a dealership would steal my money and not perform the services I was charged for. Beware!!!

I'm a period of 5 weeks I've had to pay $420 in diags. I've noticed the service is not a good as it used to be. The car was her for over a week the first time and they could not get a loner even though I was at the top of the list. They did better a week later. I'm back again with a problem and another coat of over$400. It seems and there is an issue but they think it needs a trans flush. _

Out of all the Honda dealerships I've dealt with this one is the best in my area. Can't give 5 stars because of slight disappointment but overall they do great here. Just press any major concerns with management and they'll try to do right for you.

My interactions with this dealership location have been excellent and greatly exceeded expectations that one is used to with dealerships usually. A clean, top-notch modern facility and easy location on 'dealership street' between Chester and Petersburg. I've found them forthright and honest, essential attributes in using a dealership for car purchases, products, and service.

My service appointment is at 4:30 pm and I was there by 4:35 due to traffic. At first no one is present in the three counters. When I checked with a gentleman, he came after 10 mins and said you are 15 mins late. I drove around 40 miles for this service.Please avoid this place. West broad Honda is much better for service. No point in driving 40 miles and coming back without getting service done

We needed an AWD vehicle quickly for our move to AK. I was quarantined to Ft Lee, and they let my husband bring home cars for me to test drive. We had to figure out upgrades to accommodate the extreme temperatures such as adding an engine block heater, radiator flush, added trailer hitch, transmission cooler, snow ties, and roof rack. Other places were going to struggle to get these things done in time, but Crystal in the service department ROCKED it. We got everything we needed, and Walter from the sales team filled in when our original sales guy quit. Impeccable service. We couldn't have done it without Colonial Honda!

I've been here a few times before and the service has always been great. This time Naomi to care of mine and my dad's checkin and checkout for our maintenance. I got an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and other services done within an hour. Naomi was super helpful and explained everything in great detail and did so with a smile.
