I will never ever ever purchase another vehicle from a CMA dealership. I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle since I purchased it in May. 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle, it had to be dropped off at the dealership. 3 months later i finally receive my car back, and still nothing but issues. my first car i’ve ever purchased and it’s been nothing but a mess. flash forward to today after it’s been raining for 2 days, my entire car smells like mold. i call the dealership, they tell me to bring it in, and it starts to overheat on my way in… i just purchased this vehicle what the hell

My review from March has been removed. That review contained a second review regarding a second visit that I was overcharged for advertised services by over $150. Service manager was suppose to call me after first review but did not. My attempt to report to CMA Corporate Headquarters was routed to the CMA Hyundai dealership. A person who said he was the General Manager called me and assured me the Service Manager would call. One month later NO CALL and no resolution. Poorest customer service I have ever had a dealership. I'll never deal with them again.

Husband had a flat tire. Devon also found a transmission leak. He gave us a loaner car courtesy of Honda. Monday he called us car was ready and in better condition. Thank you all. The Piercys

Just helped my son buy his 1st "brand new ( not used)" car and of course went to see the best dealers in the ? CMA aka Colonial Honda in Chester, VA?As always saw my "Credit Boss/Hero" Keith Adams and Timothy "Dr." Watson and was overjoyed and completely satisfied that they were available to help my son through the process of making one of the biggest purchases in his young life. They explained and answered everything! I'm an over protective, over bearing (at times) momma bear and was able to let down my guard knowing my son was in good hands. If I was not available I would send my children there in my absence and be completely comfortable that I wouldn't have to reach out and. "touch" anyone for taking advantage of my child. ?I miss Malcolm Leach but was happy for my son even though we met with someone new.Love Colonial Honda 4 life!!!
