John is a wonderful person. My work boot size had worn off. He spent a chunk of his time patiently looking through back logs over the phone. Was able to find it quickly and efficiently from over a year ago, thank you. 10/10

One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Ariana went the extra mile with me to select an outfit for an upcoming event. Highly recommend visiting the Boot Barns in the Colonial Heights location!

People are very nice in this store. My only complaint is that it is a smaller store and most of the time does not carry clothing for older women, or a good selection. I can find long sleeve shirts, jeans, and some jackets, but everything else is online. However, returns are easy.

Excellent customer service. I returned two pairs of jeans one didn’t even have rags there was no problem selecting replacements. My nephew went in to buy a new hat, there was not one to fit his head the associate refurbished his had it was almost like new. (At no cost)

Two of the three lady's working seemed annoyed at first when I needed to exchange an item for a different one. Asked if they had any m8 ariat jeans and basically got ignored except for the answer no. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to the location in Ashland! They have a much better staff and way better selection.

I brought my Frye tall leather boots in to get stretched at the ankle/shaft. Once they determined exactly where the problem was, they were able to stretch it for me to wear them. Did not charge me a dime. I couldn't believe it.

Got a nice pair of Arita boots and a dress. The sales girl with long red hair was very helpful. The had a great selection of clothes and boots. I didn’t see many Plus size options though.

Had safety boots in the size of the style I wanted. A little pricey, but I guess most things are with Bidenomics.
