I don’t know what’s happening w/ a customer service in this store. It seems that I’m an enemy instead of a customer. Best Buy, please URGENTLY change the STAFF that is working in Apple section/department, they have no sales skills at All.

Had a wonderful experience the two times I came here looking for a new laptop. Shout out to Eugene and Corey in the computer section that really knew their products and specifics for all the laptops. They understood how I would use it and didn’t try to over-sell, or push me off so someone else. They took their time and helped me pick what is (so far) a perfect laptop for a graduate student! Thank ya!

If it's wet (not even raining) they're not bringing your pick up to your car. Might as well go inside since they can't be bothered to let you know.
Horrid customer service. Walked in to see 4 people just playing on their phones instead of bringing orders to people. Unfortunately this is the only Best Buy near me, so not many options otherwise.

Today at Best Buy Colonial Heights, I purchased a Harmonic Ultra Compact Clip- On Lavier Microphone with Apple iPhones and iPads with lighting from live micro U1A.
I was well taken care of by a customer service representative name, Vernon. Very informative helped everyone in the area and help me at the same time while other employees were stagnant and misleading. I’m in the process of creating a business and not only did he help me, But he gave me suggestions in order to expand my business.
