I give no stars Not friendly. I thought since I was there I could have a person help with an issue. No way. Response. Get on the mobile app.Soon the few associates in the bank won’t have jobs. The mobile app will be doing their jobExtremely dissatisfied

My husband and I opened a business account with Bank of America with the help of Kayla Burget. She has been a big help navigating online banking and is always available to help us via phone or email. She is the greatest. I highly recommend Bank of America.
