My entire family brings their vehicles for service here, and most of us live hours away or out of state completely. I always trust that they will diagnose a problem for me and verify any changes before they’re made to my service plan.
I’ve never had surprise costs, and have always left feeling more educated about my vehicle - which in a world where cars are a foreign language, that puts me at ease.
If you’ve ever had a hard time here, you’re the hard time. This place stays busy and they work quickly because all their clients are referring everyone they know.

Great family-owned business. Went in for a front differential fluid change that could not be completed at Valvoline. They were able to complete it at a price that was actually cheaper than what Valvoline charged for the rear differential. ASE certified technicians. Friendly staff as well.

*beware* They are friendly folks, but terrible at communicating. No calls from them about the car or services they could recommend. Seems like they didn’t want to work on the car or didn’t know how. Car was there a month and nothing was done. I get shops fall behind or have a lot of cars to work on, but no way it’s sits for a month with no plan to get it out of your garage. With the amount unfinished cars on the lot it might as well be a junk yard.

I had brake pads put on my car and a year later the brakes were failing again. When I complained to the owner, said the pads were guaranteed for 2 years but I needed to speak to Napa who provided the pads. In effect, she pointed the finger at someone else. Brakes should last several years, but she took no responsibility. Not the kind of people I like dealing with.Service: Brakes
