I’ve been with Navy Federal Credit Union for almost 30 years for personal banking. I opened a business account with AUB but closed it due to juvenile behavior (Kathy). Opened my new business account with Navy Federal and their service was solidly professional. Should have done that from the start.

We absolutely love all the staff at the Colonial Beach Atlantic Union Bank. Its so nice to go in where they all know your name, ask how your family is doing. Kathy always has a smile on her face no matter when you go to the bank. Kathy always goes above and beyond to help us with all our banking problems and to make sure all is done accurately. My kiddos have been going to the bank with me since they were born and Kathy never misses there birthdays or any special occasion. Kathy is more family to us then an employee of our bank.

Fraud protection suck. Got scammed out of 500.00 and did not get protected or reimbursed..

Out of all of the banks I’ve ever used or been a part of , I can honestly say the Atlantic Union Bank, specifically the Colonial Beach Branch, is the best bank out there. Their customer service is top notch and their staff is second to none. This is the last bank I will ever be a member of. There’s no reason to leave.

Called the phone number listed at it goes to a call center. No way to talk to the bank.
