The previous review was spot on—this car wash is a total waste of time and money. My car came out looking worse than when it went in, with soap still clinging to the surface. It barely rinsed anything off, leaving my car covered in spots and residue. Don’t bother wasting your money here; you'll just end up with a dirty car and frustration."

Automated wash was completely useless. Let truck just as dirty as it started.

Self service car was superb. It has my 97 powerstroke and girlfriends jeep looking very nice. The manager was very helpful.

Awful!!! Paid $10 for a wash and my car was still just as dirty. Water pressure is a joke. If you are not going to keep things running right, then shut it down. At this point they are robbing people!

Spent 10$ on a wash to find out the water pressure was so poor you can barely remove the dust in the car. Called to complain and pretty sure they left the old owners number up so they wouldn't have to pay for unhappy customers. That type of ownership shouldn't be tolerated. Heard he owns 711 and the vape shop too. Maybe you could go to those places to complain. Suri is the name.

Second time using this car wash and I find it to be very good and efficient. Will continue to use this service when visiting colonial beach. The price is amazing for the premium wash and the vacuums are decent.

my car got stuck in car wash could not find owner when police found him when he came he was drunk and most abnoxious person I ever met. If you use this car wash you will have a horrid experience. going to get in touch with better business bureau

The machines are usually out of order. The "owners" don't bother to put signs on them. No attendant is ever present even when you try to call. Who manages this place? They need to permanently close.

This is the second time I've been charged $10 instead of $8 for the regular wash... And it barely put any soap out and doesnt seem like the dryer evem works. If i was going to be charged $10 I shouldve gotten the "deluxe" like advertised.

Touchless wash has no water pressure leaving soap in spots of my vehicle a rain storm would wash it better

Manual car wash ports should have a timer to show you how much time is remaining. Good for a quick spray off or using the auto wash ports.
