Giving 3 stars because they absolutely pick up trash on schedule twice a week and are very friendly.
Billing is a huge issue. You get a post card in the mail with the amount you owe. They don’t send this every month, typically every 2-3 months. Today I get one for 5 months. Now, mind you, there is NO WAY TO TRACK YOUR BILLING. They provide no receipts and only take cash or check - and I don’t have checks, so cash it is. I’m 99% sure I’m over paying this time around, and I sincerely wonder how much I’ve been overcharged.

Dreadful company. Told them we moved last Fall and to stop service. Now 7-8 months later I get a call on Sunday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend where some unhinged woman starts threatening me with calling a collection agency. Had issues with them for the few months we used them as they could not seem to manage to mail a bill to my home address (Did not live in Colonial Beach) to pay them each month. It's 2024 and they're the only business in America who can't seem to send a bill thru email or text to pay electronically. Recommend looking elsewhere for trash service in Colonial Beach.

We've been using this service for nearly a month and they've never missed a pickup (2x a week). They always take all of the trash and never leave a mess. They are RELIABLE. No complaints!UPDATE: 9 months in, and the quality of service has not wavered. I do not hesitate to recommend this company, although I do hope they add recycling pickup as an option. I'd gladly pay for that as well.
