Kathy always has a smile on her face no matter when you go to the bank. Kathy always goes above and beyond to help us with all our banking problems and to make sure all is done accurately. My kiddos have been going to the bank with me since they were born and Kathy never misses there birthdays or any special occasion. Kathy is more family to us then an employee of our bank.”

They have been exceptional on every level. I know that some other banks have slightly more competitive rates however, this credit union values their members. I have never called and not been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The customer service is priceless this day in age. We will never leave them.”

“Topside is a wonderful bank to deal with. I unfortunately have a lot of scamming/charging activity periodically happening to my card and they are quick, and kind when dealing with disputes. I wish they could stop the scammers when the account is in "pending" status. I hate that the transaction has to clear BEFORE you can dispute. Because this means to me that the scammer gets the item they're scamming you for. I always noyice them in pending, but can't stop them there. I really wish they would update this requirement, so that we can dispute in the pending status, thus preventing them the "gift" or whatever they're trying to get when scamming you.”
