I went to make a money order on 8/23/23 around 4pm the the clerk was really rude and I felt discriminated he was being nice with the other person of different race but with us he was being rude to the point that he assumed that I was trying to still. This is disappointed and disrespectful!

This has to be the most inconvenient Post Office I've ever been to, to try and mail something. There are no drive-up mail boxes. You can only drop off pre-posted packages at the desk and not in any mailboxes, inside or out.

We don't appreciate the carriers sitting in our driveway, blowing their horn, expecting us to come out in the cold rain to get our package simply because they're too lazy to get out and place it on our sheltered porch. Then promptly leave before I even get a chance to put on shoes and meet them outside to get it. We've always had issues with these carriers not wanting to get out of their vehicles to leave packages just due to laziness, even lying and saying our dog was outside when the carrier looked right at me bringing my dog in so she could deliver my package safely and leaving without delivering my package anyway. Also had them leave a package worth hundreds of dollars on our mailbox earlier this year and didn't even attempt to deliver it to our house. You call to complain and they don't do anything about it. Time to clean house and get better workers!

Very rude consumer service!!! Here's what happened...I wanted special stamps for an invitation I was mailing and several people had told me that Collinsville carries a nice selection of stamps. So I drove from the other side of Henry County to see their inventory. I waited in line until it was my turn I and to my astonishment, I was told that the display of stamps was on the wall & I would have to go to the end of the line. Then the postal worker called for the next customer. Well, as you can guess, I didn't look at the stamp display so I couldn't tell you if the Collinsville Post Office has nice stamps but I must let you know about their rudeness and long wait times. PS - The Uptown Martinsville Post Office will very friendly when I called to find out their lobby hours.

My husband and I frequent the Collinsville post office often. Harvey, our usual clerk is exceptional! His customer service and his smile are always a welcome sight.
