O'Reilly's in Collinsville Virginia was very helpful I was actually able to pay for my item there and it was discounted I need to pick up in the Martinsville location item was in package nicely in the service was pleasant how to put the new ignition switch in my F-150 and go relax by the lake!

O'Reilly is my go-to auto parts store. The staff is always reasonably helpful, but I'm fairly well versed, your mileage may vary. I think their prices are reasonable they're usually inventory, or a very short wake to get the part that you need. They take waste oil in back, but you got to dump it yourself, so bring some gloves or an apron depending on how messy you areHandicap parking is right at the front door, so access is pretty easy.When you come here the only thing about the way the streets are laid out in Holly springs is that it's easier to depart through the Sonic parking lot, or through the advance Auto parts store parking lot to the north, so that you get a left turn, not a big deal if you're making a right turn but if you want to make a left turn towards downtown Holly springs it's not accessible to make a left turn directly out of the parking lot of O'Reilly's. But hey maybe that's a good reason to come around noon and get a burger and a shake at Sonic's, I've never had a problem going through either one of these parking lots, and it may just be the way they desired it to happen when they built the place but sometimes it's hard to figure out why Holly springs is laid out the way it is. The city of u-turns.

I have always been treated like family in O'Reilly Auto Parts. I'm well known as a customer. I've always been able to get any part that I've needed since I've started visiting O'Reilly. If they don't have the part that I need 95% of the time I'll have it the next day or if I call or ask if they have the part it in the morning they'll have it delivered by afternoon
