I have been a customer since 2011, just recently new company so, they come and place gas in, I prepay so, I called them to tell them I get paid on Friday so I will pay them then maybe one week at the most one week and a half because I get paid every 2 weeks, and since 2011 I have never went without paying most of the time every 2 weeks. I called and they said because they didn’t have my new card which I had switched banks but after they put the gas in the and I paid they came and got the tanks and told me that my bill would go to collections but they already put gas in and I called to tell them when I would pay and they still came and got tanks. So truly don’t understand how a good customer for so long gets treated and talked to so rudely.

They are rude, and will not give you a tank that tells you how much gas you have in your tank before they fill it up. Looking for another company that likes their customers and is willing to help them and cheat them.

We had an issue with a gauge sticking. Midway diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced our tank. They were on time and finished under an hour. Very professional!

I have been working with Midway Bottled Gas since my house was built, seventeen years ago. They installed my gas fireplace, service it, deliver gas for the fireplace, and more recently for the new home generator. The service is excellent. Chris, the tech that services the fireplace, also played a critical role in ensuring that all the propane needs were met for my new generator. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Last year, I could not get my pilot light lit, and Linda from the office literally drove to my house and helped me with it! I'm a retired educator, and taught Customer Service for years. They get an A++. Keep up the good work!

I called to get my gas logs cleaned and serviced. The serviceman was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning and getting my gas logs ready to use. I was highly satisfied and was so glad I called Midway to have them take care of them. I certainly recommend them and will call them again if I have any other issues or just need them to be serviced again.

I have dealt with Midway Bottled Gas for many years. I do always have them come pre-season to check out the logs for the coming winter. Chris is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
