Service and care is fine, they will even deliver equipment directly to your home. However contacting the local branch is a pain. The hours posted online are invalid and I can’t seem to reach anyone or get a call back during business hours. Also business hours are 9-5 not 8:30-5. They will never answer before 9am although the website and google listing states as such, someone should update the online information.
