This was the WORST experience I have ever had with this company. If I could have given them NO STARS , I would have. I kept getting the run around about my taxes. The “lost” my files first. Then, they passed my files off to 3 different people. I would leave messages, no one returned my call. I would have to call and tell them that I wanted to speak to someone and not their voicemail. I have been going there for over 5 years. NEVER AGAIN. I would not recommend them!

We have been using FC Income Tax Services for years, now. They are the best around. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. I understand they have taken on a new growth option with H&R Block but still awesome to deal with !

Called asked fee was told $118-$158 for a single,itemized fed and state. I made an appointment with a recommended lady. Went to the appointment, the recommended lady was great (non owner)....when the HR Block system ( was NEVER TOLD THEY WERE NOW AN HRBLOCK- only noticed it when I arrived) the HR BLOCK system charged me $258. ...NOT HAPPY.
