Having been here many times, it is a good store and well run. It isn't the most cluttered but it does have it and is not as clean as it could be. Otherwise, it is a good store with friendly employees. This is also not accounting the pharmacy. Just the store itself.

This place needs management that cares about there customers. Twice in 1 hour my mother & I had terrible horrible nasty rude service. I asked for the manager she said she was but wouldn't give her name nor would she give me the number to complain. Had the nerve to laugh when I said that I would find out & I did find out bc I got the number & called to complain also. I will drive to another cvs before I step another foot in this one. Word of mouth will damage your business & I hope this is taken serious & taken care of. The only reason i gave 1 star is because it wouldn't let me post this unless I did. This store doesn't need any stars as far as I'm concerned!!

The pharmacy is NEVER open the hours they say they are. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

They are NEVER OPEN!!!! The staff are kind and nice but the management of this pharmacy is pathetic! Never have medicine in stock or they run out early. Tried to pick up meds yesterday and they were closed. The sign stated they were open 9-6 but they were closed.It’s a crying shame that they can charge an ungodly amount for meds, give you a timeframe to pickup your meds and then when you’re off work…. They’re closed sending you text saying they can only hold them for so many more days.CVS DO BETTER!!

I really like the cvs in collinsville va it's very nice and staff are very friendly and kind very helpful and even I'm the back in the pharmacy they are very kind and helpful great place ?

Horrendous service, horrendous hours. Spend an enourmous amount of time just trying to get anyone on the phone. If you can get someone you are rushed off of the phone. I had have to go to the store multiple times just to speak to someone about filling simple prescriptions. Show up to pick up prescriptions when they say they’re ready and they aren’t. Driving back and forth just to manage simple monthly prescriptions. Then they close and I am unable to get prescriptions for days. Because I have Aetna insurance I am required to use CVS pharmacies. This location is in serious need of overhaul. There is no excuse for such poor service.

Someone needs to shut this store down!!! Their hours are VERY misleading!!!! I’m had my prescription sent here and the website said the pharmacy closes at 6. Well I get there at 3pm and they’re closed??? My medication is very important that I take it on time!!! Either close your store or stop lying about your hours. If a law suit was possible, I’d do it!!!

Irregular hours- & not open when they say they’ll be. Much higher prices than other places. I’ll stick with Walgreens.

CVS COLLINSVILLE PHARMACY HAS BEEN GREAT. THEY WORK WELL WITH YOU AND TAKE THE TIME OUT TO EXPLAIN TO YOU ABOUT YOUR MEDICATIONS. SO FAR EVERYONE HAS BEEN VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING.

The young lady at Collinsville CVS just treated me terribly. She was ugly and rude. If you don't want to work with the public, find something else to do or just stay home and be miserable there. Don't bring it with you to work. I hope my insurance is accepted at Walgreens. Will never deal with CVS again.

This pharmacy is literally playing with people's LIVES. Went in to pick up a prescription that was already a day late, and guess what? They're closed! This is a regular occurrence. Either get help or close your doors! It's pathetic.
