This had to be one of the most honest experiences I've had at a mechanic shop. Had a transmission rebuilt and when it was acting up again he made sure everything was right and isolated another problem and made the whole experience enjoyable. He stands by his work.

Arriving with concerns about the transmission on my pickup, Butch asked to leave it and said he would drive it to see what is wrong. The next day I received a call saying that after about 30 miles of driving it and because of the age of the vehicle his recommendation was to not do anything at all to the vehicle. He could have said this or that was wrong and proceeded with costly repairs that were unnecessary. Instead I received and honest and fair assessment. It's hard to ask for anymore than that.

Was told it would only take a week or two and it ended up taking a month then i get my vehicle back with 4 holes in the tire from staples. Told i couldn't prove it happened there but i didnt have a flat before i brought it in and thats a 200 dollar tire I'm out of now along with paying 2500. Rip off
