“Took my wife’s BMW in there After recommendation from Sigmons automotive in Glade Hill, She had several dings and creases in the car, we got an estimate of over $1,700.00. From auto body shop in Roanoke. The guy at J&L called in some guy who takes dent and Creases out charged about $200. did a beautiful job! “This was my 2nd time having 1 of my vehicles at this body shop. Both times my vehicles only had minor damage but they had them restored to looking brand new in just a few days. They even washed my vehicles & vacuumed them out. The ladies that assist you are very phone friendly & they do contact you in a timely manner about when your vehicle can be dropped up & also when the repairs are done. My hope is that my vehicles won't be involved in anymore collisions with anything but if they are I will definitely be taking them back to this body shop.”

“I had broke down in an area I have never been before on the hottest day they have had all summer. I found a place that would work on my car and they called Nelson to tow my car. The young man that showed up was so kind, I had been in the heat so long my phone had quit working from being overheated and I'm getting delirious. He recommended renting from Nelson and I was glad I did that instead of Enterprise. The rental place gave me a really good deal, and when I returned the rental, Benny ferried me back to the repair shop and I enjoyed talking to him. Just a lot of helpful, pleasant folks here.”
