I was with BB &T when it became Truist. At first I was worried about it changing hands, but it seems like the same bank. A few years back I had some issues with my account and they help me resolve it. This branch has always treated me well and been eager to help me.

I have accounts in the area and in Roanoke I don't with this bank but by far this location treats me like I'm already a member they treat me better then my own bank the ladys are very nice caring and will be switching first year

Excellent customer service inside the bank, and this is the first bank I’ve used in many years that I’ve had no issues with. They don’t constantly charge fees out of nowhere and the app is easy to use.
