A bunch of idiots . You ask to have packages held at the post office and yet they get dropped at your door anyways they always have an excuse . I never get my mail like I'm supposed supposed to .

I've had mail not delivered, with money in it, mail on the ground and ran over. Now I'm fighting over an item they say was delivered but I don't have the item. I've called the number but all I get is the runaround. I just want to be refunded.

I've had issues with this post office for years. They send mail back to sender constantly, even though my P.O Bo number and physical address is on the mail. If the mail isn't sent back, it's often placed in the wrong box.

I have to say this post office goes above and beyond. At least my carrier does. I have large packages all the time and even tho My house isn’t next to the mailboxes he makes sure to deliver them to me. I’ve never had a carrier do that. I’ve lived at several different places and this is the first post office that seems to care about the mail and how it’s delivered. 5 stars all the way from me!!

Oh my gosh; the post master, I think his name was Jordan, is THE most helpful and knowledgeable man I have ever met.. he made my entire experience exquisite.. he isn’t bad on the eyes either ?

Sign says closed 1pm to 2pm for lunch. They were not open at 2:00, werent even open at 2:30. Several people arrived during the time I was waiting for them to get around to opening, all seeing they were still closed and leaving irritated. Everyone likes to take time for lunch, but when hours are posted, you need to be there to open when the sign says you're open.

These carriers are short handed, and run long routes. Yes they make mistakes. We all do. But to not have the US Mail would be worse.

I had packages say they were delivered and went to the box to get them and they aren't there. They argued with me and said they were scanned when placed in the box. It only took me three to five mins to walk to get them after being notified so not sure what happened. The post office said they weren't reliable I had to contact the company. The company said they weren't reliable because the post office said it was scanned at the time of delivery. I ended up losing the price paid for the package which was over $100 after paying for shipping and handling. Ridiculous. I'm still trying to recover the package or be reimbursed for the price. That was a year and a half ago. No rectifying this situation.
